GoMazda3.com prides itself on fast, reliable, low cost shipping. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. (With the exception of Westco Battery orders which are shipped factory direct and usually in your hands within 2-3 days.)
Our shipping costs are among the lowest in our industry. Each shipment will reflect the appropriate shipping, handling and insurance charges, dependent upon the parts value in each shipment.
State Sales Tax: Orders shipped to California will be charged state sales tax. OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA? - YOU PAY NO SALES TAX!
Domestic orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST / 5:00 PM EST are normally shipped the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM PST / 5:00 PM EST will be shipped next business day.
We stock almost all of our items in our warehouses ready to be shipped to you. Most orders ship the same day and your MAzda3 goodies will usually be in your hands in 2-7 business days. Special order items such as leather seat skins, may take 5-6 days to ship.
Our ground shipping charges are calculated based on the total cost of your order. In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may send multiple item orders in separate shipments, you will never have to pay more for this benefit! Some larger or heavier items may have additional shipping charges that will be reflected in your total before you submit your credit card information.

When Your Order Arrives: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform a Go Mazda3 customer service representative at 1-619-466-4282. You must make claims for damage during shipping to Go Mazda3 within 3 days. Keep original box and packing material. If your order was shipped truck freight, note damage on the bill of lading when signing the delivery receipt. If there is any other question about your order, contact customer service within 10 days.
Installing Accessories: Accessories in general are test fit to a stock vehicle. It is impossible to say for sure that any product will fit a specific combination of accessories/modifications without test fitting them all together. Some vendors provide information about combinations that work or don't work together, but most do not. If you have modifications or other accessories relating to the same part of your vehicle as the accessory you’re about to install, it is recommended that you carefully test fit before final installation. In addition, check for adequate spacing around any moving parts.
Warranty: All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship by the original equipment manufacturer or Go Mazda3, for 12 months from the date of shipment.
We will replace the product or refund your purchase price at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover labor, failure of a related component, failure resulting from faulty installation, nor would the liability of Go Mazda3 exceed the cost of the original component.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international orders, customer is fully responsible for all tarrifs and UPS Brokerage charges if applicable.

CANCELLATION / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / ORDERS Orders cancelled at the customer’s request are subject to charges equal to the costs incurred by Go Mazda3 at the time of cancellation. Shipments returned by a freight carrier as “undeliverable” – refused, non-payment, not in on three delivery attempts, etc. – will result in the customer’s account being “frozen” until all charges due to Go Mazda3 are paid in full. Parts that are “Special Order” items – items not normally stocked by Go Mazda3 require a 100% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. If an order has been processed, there is a $9.99 charge for any request for change in order information.
RETURN POLICY and 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At GoMazda3.com we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us when you receive your order. You may return the product for a 100% refund on Non Racing Beat, Non Magan Racing, Non Genuine Mazda Parts, Non Covercraft Non NRG, Non Nardi, Non MOMO and Non Dash Design of the purchase price. (Per Mazda, there is a 25% handling Charge on all GENUINE Mazda returned parts. Returns accepted only in original undamaged cartons. All cores must be returned within 12 days for credit. All exchanges and refund claims must done within 30 days.)
In order to receive a full refund, the merchandise must be in new, resalable condition, and with in 90 days of purchase date. Parts that have been installed cannot be returned. Also, please call to get a return authorization number - No returns can be accepted without one. In most cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Special orders and custom orders are not returnable. Wheels and tires are not returnable.
